  The girl that gave my son a haircut was terrible. Clearly never cut a child's hair before. Did not listen to how I wanted his hair cut. Very rude. Will not be going back. Awful service. I could have done this with clippers at home.

  This place has gone down hill, particularly in customer service. You know it's bad when even their stylist says "well, you might want to try supercuts". Done.
