  Update: slow service, the reps don't know anything about available plans, I'm having to educate them on what Verizon offers, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Go find another store
  
  Very good experiences so far with this store, the manager went out of his way to help my grandma cut down unnecessary extras features on her bill than another store has talked her into, she was able to cut down her bill about in half, very pleased with the service
